As part of broader redevelopment efforts, the National Museum of Australia engaged Artikel Design to explore improvements to the wayfinding system and overall visitor experience. Over the course of this project, Artikel worked closely with NMA’s internal teams to gain insight into user behaviour, identify points of confusion within the navigation system, and uncover opportunities for greater clarity and usability. Artikel Design was tasked in assisting the development of a renewed visitor map, redefining the concept and visual representation of the space to increase usability.
